The Role


We're looking for a proven Business Development Manager who's hungry, driven, and has a track record of winning SEO, SEM, and digital marketing contracts from international markets – particularly Australia, UK, and USA.


This isn't a role for someone still figuring it out. We need someone who's already done it, can prove it, and wants to do it again at scale.


  • What "Proven" Actually MeansYou've closed deals – not just pitched them. You have verifiable contracts and revenue numbers from SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, or digital advertising clients.
  • You've worked with international clients in Australia, UK, USA, or similar markets and understand how to sell to them.
  • You've hit targets consistently – not once or twice, but as a pattern of performance.
  • You can show us your wins – client names (where appropriate), contract values, and how you brought them in.
  • What You'll Be Doing Identifying and securing new clients from Australia, UK, USA, and other international markets who need SEO, SEM, and digital marketing services
  • Building genuine relationships with decision-makers – not just spamming LinkedIn
  • Running discovery calls, scoping projects, and closing deals that add actionable value for clients
  • Working with our delivery teams to ensure what you sell is what we deliver
  • Managing your pipeline with discipline – we track results, not activity
  • Staying sharp on digital marketing trends and what's actually working in the market
  • Who You AreThe Non-NegotiablesHungry: You're driven by targets and the satisfaction of closing deals. Rejection doesn't stop you.
  • Passionate: You genuinely care about helping businesses grow through digital marketing – this isn't just a quota to you.
  • Proven: You have 3–5+ years of business development experience in digital marketing with concrete evidence of success.
  • Self-driven: You don't need hand-holding. You see an opportunity and you chase it.
  • Resilient: You handle objections, setbacks, and time zone challenges without losing momentum.
  • Skills That MatterDeep understanding of SEO, SEM, digital advertising, content marketing, and how these services drive business outcomes
  • Strong consultative sales approach – you listen, understand problems, and position solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills for international audiences (written and verbal)
  • Negotiation skills that close deals without giving away the farm
  • Ability to work across different time zones when needed
