Roles and Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and onboarding experiences. Continuously seek out new clients to expand the company's reach in the market. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in business development or a related field (IT staffing). Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels. Strong understanding of IT staffing industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
