Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with at least 3 years of proven experience in driving business growth and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling international calls and negotiations, understanding global market trends, and tailoring solutions to meet diverse client needs. Responsibilities: Generating new leads and identifying business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Web Development, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements. Handle international calls and virtual meetings professionally to negotiate contracts and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery of services. Research market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base. Skills & Qualifications : Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales. Proven ability to handle international clients and cross-cultural communication effectively. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent command over English (both written and spoken). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
