Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and channel partners in the polymer segment.
• Manage B2B sales for ABS, PP, PC, Nylon, or other engineering polymers.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, traders, compounders, and processors.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for product development or customization.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Plastic Technology / MBA in Marketing.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in polymer sales, distribution, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of engineering polymers, masterbatches, or plastic raw materials.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and business expansion.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in ABS / PC / Nylon / PP compounds or related polymer products.
• Experience dealing with automotive, electronics, packaging, or consumer goods industries.
• Established a network within polymer distribution channels in India.
