Position : Business Development Executive | Manager Industry from : Polymer | Plastic Industry Experience : 3-5 Years Salary : As per market standard Location : Jhandewalan, New Delhi (2 Minutes Walking Distance from the Metro Station Jhandewalan) Working Hours - 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Immediate Joiner or in 15 Days Mode of Interview: Face to Face | Virtual Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and channel partners in the polymer segment. Manage B2B sales for ABS, PP, PC, Nylon, or other engineering polymers. Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, traders, compounders, and processors. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for product development or customization. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitor activities. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Plastic Technology / MBA in Marketing. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in polymer sales, distribution, or business development. Strong knowledge of engineering polymers, masterbatches, or plastic raw materials. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and business expansion. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in ABS / PC / Nylon / PP compounds or related polymer products. Experience dealing with automotive, electronics, packaging, or consumer goods industries.
