Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate, leisure, and group travel sectors.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
Collaborate with operations and product teams to customize travel packages and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
Represent the company at trade shows, travel fairs, and networking events.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Good understanding of travel products, services, and market dynamics.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or travel booking systems is an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

What We Offer

Competitive salary Anywhere between INR 20K-35K Gross depending on Caliber and work experience
