Travel Specialist

Viva Holidays is a London based Company with a call center in Noida, offering Cruise & Holidays to the UK public. We are seeking self-motivated Sales staff members with experience in one or both of these areas to manage Sales Enquiries in our Noida Office, which serves as a Support Center for our UK Office. You should possess the following skills and experience: - Excellent command of the English language (required for a UK Support Centre) - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling cruises and/or holidays in the industry - Additional Holiday Selling Experience or Travel Product related Experience is advantageous - Familiarity with Galileo systems is a plus - Minimum qualification is Graduation - Immediate availability is necessary Work Schedule: You will be required to work 5.5 days a week according to UK times. The shift will consist of a total of 9 hours, including a 1-hour break. Shift times and late shift patterns are fixed and non-negotiable, so please apply only if you can accommodate these hours. Please Note: Candidates applying for this Sales Position must be able to work the specified hours, commute regularly to the office location on their own, and start immediately. Female employees are provided with a free office cab service back home after 10 pm. This is a full-time position, and no part-time roles are available. Salary: For experienced cruise sellers, the starting salary ranges from INR 4,80,000 to INR 5,40,000 per year, and for suitable candidates based on job role, efficiency, and previous experience, it ranges from INR 3,60,000 to INR 4,20,000 per year. There are excellent incentives and bonus structures available for candidates with a strong command of the English language and relevant work experience.
