As a Travel Specialist at Smita Holidays, you will play a vital role in managing travel arrangements and ensuring exceptional customer service for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Creating customized travel itineraries tailored to individual preferences - Coordinating both business and leisure travel plans efficiently - Handling bookings and reservations with attention to detail - Providing expert travel advice to enhance the overall travel experience - Utilizing your proficiency in travel arrangements and travel management - Demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills - Leveraging your 4 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry - Organizing business travel arrangements effectively - Showcasing excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Thriving in a dynamic, client-focused environment - Utilizing your destination knowledge and itinerary-making skills - Demonstrating strong sales qualities to drive business growth We are looking for a candidate who holds a Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
