Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at Smita Holidays in Pune Branch. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients, managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, handling queries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills • Experience in making Travel Arrangements in collaboration with team. • Strong Customer Service skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well in a team • Knowledge of different travel destinations, Itinerary and packages across India and abroad. • Min 3 year Experience in the travel industry is must. • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field diploma is a plus • Good in Leadership, Problem solving, Understanding. • Multitasking, MS office Location : Pune No of vacancy : 2Dept: Sales *Experiences : Above 3 yr *Immediate Joining preferred Send your resume on hr@smitaholidays.com
