Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in travel sales, client handling, and itinerary building, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries.
• Create, customize, and sell domestic & international travel packages.
• Advise clients on destinations, travel options, and best deals.
• Manage end-to-end booking processes (flights, hotels, transfers, tours, visas, insurance).
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated with travel industry trends, new destinations, and supplier offers.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of client queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in travel sales/consultancy.
• In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, GDS/CRS systems (preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
