Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at Smita Holidays in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients, managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, handling queries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for customers. Qualifications Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills Experience in making Travel Arrangements in collaboration with team. Strong Customer Service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Knowledge of different travel destinations, Itinerary and packages across India or abroad. Min 3 year Experience in the travel industry. Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field diploma is a plus Good in Leadership, Problem solving, Understanding.
