You will be the go-to person for any relevant matter from booking tickets, visa or Hotels to reconciling vendor invoices and manage the expenses while ensuring travel safety. Travel Desk Coordinator doesnt just handle travel arrangements. They should be strategic thinkers and able to create travel policies according to the companys needs. Role and Responsibilities: Assist in booking multi-destination international flights and Hotels or any other difficult travel arrangements through designated travel agency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English at a minimum, second language is a benefit) Experience in Event operations/MICE would be Preferred.
