Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
• Build strong relationships with HR heads, talent acquisition teams, and decision-makers in target companies.
• Present and pitch Verifitech’s BGV and staffing services to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and tailor service offerings to meet their needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience in the

  BGV or Staffing Industry

  .
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of HR services, background verification processes, and client acquisition strategies.
• Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
