Role Overview

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads via

  cold calling, email outreach, and online channels

  .
• Use

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  to identify and engage target clients.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to European MSMEs & Mittelstand firms.
• Drive

  end-to-end sales cycle

  : lead qualification, solution positioning, proposal, and closure.
• Build long-term client relationships and nurture pipeline opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in

  B2B sales / international sales / outsourcing sales

  .
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and online lead generation

  .
• Knowledge of outsourcing/offshoring models (IT, ITES, F&A, BPO) preferred.
• Experience in engaging

  European clients

  is a plus.
