✅ About the Role:

As a Software Tester (E-Health), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of complex software systems used in the German healthcare sector (Scheduling, Prescription, patient history, billing etc). You will work closely with development, product management, and testing teams, actively contributing to requirement reviews, test planning, test execution, and test automation.

✅ Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automated testing of Java-based applications across different operating systems.

• Create and execute test scenarios and test cases based on acceptance criteria.

• Perform retesting of bug fixes and track issues through the ticketing system (Jira/ ticket management).

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams based in Germany in development, product management, and testing to clarify requirements and improve quality processes.

• Support the development of automated testing frameworks using tools such as QF-Test.

• Prepare clear and detailed test documentation and ticket descriptions for better traceability.

✅ Your Profile:

✔ 6 to 8 years of prior experience in software testing, particularly for web and Java applications.

✔ Educational background in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

✔ Good understanding of programming logic and software development processes.

✔ Hands-on experience with test automation tools (preferably QF-Test) is a plus.

✔ Excellent German language skills (spoken and written, at leastC1 level) to effectively

✔ Familiarity with GitLab, Jira, and working within Scrum teams.

✔ Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.

✔ A structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven work style.
