Senior Software Tester

As a Senior Software Tester/Software QA Engineer at Fime in Bangalore, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of deliverables by conducting non-regression testing and creating comprehensive documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise in code development, proficiency in languages like Groovy, Java, Python, and familiarity with automation tools will be essential for developing functional test cases, executing tests, and generating reports. Your participation in daily meetings with the development team, task estimation, and prioritization, as well as engagement in quarterly planning sessions, will contribute to the agile mode of work and process innovation. Your responsibilities also include reviewing test reports, delivering technical training sessions, providing technical support to internal teams and customers, participating in audits, and planning tasks autonomously. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Product Owner and Development team as part of the Scrum team. - Ensure quality deliverables through non-regression testing and documentation. - Develop functional test cases, execute tests, and analyze results. - Engage in agile mode, daily meetings, and task estimation with the team. - Review and authorize test reports, provide technical support, and engage in audits. - Plan tasks autonomously and participate in the implementation of new services and projects. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in a related field. - Academic expertise in code development and optimization. - Proficiency in languages like Groovy, Java, Python. - Familiarity with automation tools. - Knowledge of working in a DevOps environment. - Academic or professional knowledge of Agile frameworks. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Fluent in spoken and written English.
