Job Summary:

Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and place bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen, etc.) with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and prime vendors to generate new business opportunities.
• Understand candidate skill sets, prepare effective resumes, and present consultants to suitable job requirements.
• Negotiate job offers, rates, and terms with vendors and clients.
• Follow up with consultants and clients to ensure smooth onboarding and project continuity.
• Maintain a database of vendors and client contacts for future reference.
• Keep track of the latest market trends and requirements to maximize consultant placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience

  in Bench Sales Recruiting within the US staffing industry.
• Strong knowledge of

  IT technologies

  and consultant profiles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in dealing with OPT, H1B, GC, and Citizen candidates.
• Proficiency with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong vendor networking and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with
