Business Development Manager (US IT Staffing) Experience Required: 1–3+ years in US IT Staffing or a related business development role Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential clients in the US market Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic support Understand client requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Required Skills: Proven track record in US IT staffing business development Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) 2.
