Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurant partners across Kerala.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner restaurants.
• Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of restaurants to the platform.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, and Support) to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and regional trends.
• Track and report key performance metrics and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Represent the company professionally in all partner interactions and events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management (preferably in the food, hospitality, or tech industry).

• Valid 4-wheeler driving license

  and willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam preferred.
