Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a fresher, you will be provided with comprehensive training and mentorship to help you excel in this role. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the branding and packaging sectors. Use various strategies to generate new business leads.
• Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone, and social media. Present our company's services and set up meetings or calls.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
• Proposal Development: Assist in preparing proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients. Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate representation of our capabilities.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
• Sales Support: Support the sales team in various tasks, including managing client queries, tracking sales metrics, and updating CRM systems.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and business development progress to management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attitude: Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM software is a plus.
• Experience: No prior experience required; however, any internships or projects related to sales or business development will be considered a plus.
