Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at our company, your role will involve generating leads, engaging in cold calling, and converting potential leads into long-term clients. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, pitching effectively, and converting leads into clients. Your target will be to meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis while maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Additionally, you will be required to identify new business opportunities through market research, update and maintain accurate records of leads, and collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve overall company goals. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services/products. - Build rapport, pitch effectively, and convert leads into clients. - Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis. - Maintain and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. - Identify new business opportunities by understanding market trends and competitors. - Update and maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities in CRM tools. - Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and achieve overall company goals. Key Requirements: - Post Graduate in MBA or relevant experience - Excellent verbal and written communication in English. - Strong ability to convince and negotiate with potential clients. - Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment. - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
