Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding
team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international freight sales, client
acquisition, and relationship management, with a focus on delivering tailored logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
● Identify, target, and secure new clients in international freight forwarding (Air, Sea, and
Land).
● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
● Negotiate rates and service agreements with customers.
Client Relationship Management
● Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
● Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
● Understand client requirements and offer suitable logistics solutions.
Market & Industry Knowledge
● Stay updated with global trade trends, shipping regulations, and competitor activities.
● Identify new business opportunities in emerging markets.
Internal Coordination
● Work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
● Coordinate with overseas agents and partners for smooth shipment execution.
Requirements
● Experience: 2–5 years in freight forwarding / logistics sales (B2B preferred).
● Knowledge: Air freight, sea freight, import/export processes, Incoterms.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
● Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
