We’re cooking up something big at Suphal Media– and I’m looking for a Business Development Executive to join us on-site in Hyderabad.
Think of this role like being the 𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘳𝘦 𝘥’ 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘵𝘩. You’ll be the first face our restaurant partners see, the one who convinces them why Suphal is the secret sauce behind scaling online.
𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿: you’ll be working directly with me, the founder. No layers, no red tape. Just fast decisions, sharper learning curves, and the chance to see how we’ve taken 100+ brands and 500+ outlets to the next level.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲:
• Spotting and onboarding restaurant partners, cafés, and cloud kitchens.
• Pitching growth strategies that make owners say, “Why didn’t I do this sooner?”
• Building relationships that go beyond LinkedIn connections.
• Driving leads, closing deals, and making real revenue impact.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜’𝗺 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Bonus points if you’ve played in the hospitality or restaurant industry before.
• Killer communication and negotiation skills.
• The hustle to chase targets, with the hunger to learn fast.
