Business Development Executive
Location: Kochi, Kerala

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales and Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in English (both written and verbal), and have a strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes. The role requires effective team management, customer engagement, and a keen ability to drive business growth through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain and increase sales in designated territories.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders. Deliver clear and professional communication both in writing and verbally.
Team Management: Collaborate with and support team members to ensure successful completion of tasks and objectives. Help to create a positive team environment.
MS Office Proficiency: Use MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to manage tasks, reports, and presentations efficiently.
Problem-solving: Address customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer retention.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative support, including generating leads, creating proposals, and coordinating sales activities.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in English with a focus on professional correspondence and presentations.
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage daily tasks and documentation.
Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to maintain long term client relationships.
Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
Team management experience and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to address challenges effectively.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s Degree (preferably BBA, MBA, or BA in English).
Freshers with a strong interest in sales and customer relationships are welcome to apply.
