Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, reach out to, and qualify B2B prospects via email, LinkedIn, and outbound channels
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential clients using structured outreach campaigns
  • Understand client pain points and pitch the right Stickyy solutions
  • Coordinate with strategy and leadership teams to build pitch decks and proposals
  • Maintain CRM records and track lead journeys
  • Contribute to growth strategy and continuously refine outreach based on feedback and performance



Requirements


  • 2–4 years

     of experience in business development or consultative sales
  • Proven experience working in a digital marketing agency, ad agency, or SaaS company

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and ability to generate qualified leads
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with outbound tools (LinkedIn, cold email, lead tracking software)
  • A high-performance attitude with ownership mindset
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and tools is a plus
