Job Description

Creative Designer

You’ll work closely with our strategy, content, and performance teams to turn ideas into visuals that move people and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Create scroll-stopping creatives for performance campaigns (Meta/LinkedIn/Google)
Design brand identities, visual systems, and style guides
Develop design assets for websites, landing pages, and sales funnels
Support video and motion designers with static and visual frames
Work on pitch decks, reports, and client presentations
Translate briefs and concepts into engaging designs aligned with business goals
Stay updated with design trends, especially in AI, B2B, and tech-first industries

Requirements

1–2 years of design experience in a digital agency, creative studio, or fast-paced startup
Strong grasp of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva (and bonus: After Effects)
Experience designing across formats — social, digital ads, web, branding, and print
A portfolio that shows versatility, creativity, and business-first thinking
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setup with fast turnaround expectations
Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, D-ID, or ChatGPT for creative workflows
