Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand the customer base for our Staffing/Recruitment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring successful sales conversions. This individual will be responsible for driving the sales pipeline, managing client accounts, and collaborating with recruitment teams to deliver top-tier talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential clients in various industries who require Staffing/Recruitment.
  • Utilize various sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate new business leads.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote Staffing/Recruitment.
  • Understand client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and work with internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and manage proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral and strategies to drive business growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure that service expectations are met.
  • Regularly meet with clients to understand their evolving Staffing/Recruitment needs and address any concerns.

Market Analysis & Competitor Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Use market insights to identify new opportunities for business expansion.

Collaboration with Recruitment Teams:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and assist in the delivery of suitable candidates.
  • Provide feedback to the recruitment team on client needs and expectations to improve service offerings.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and client interactions.
  • Report on sales progress, pipeline status, and conversion metrics to the management team.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the Staffing/Recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, Staffing/Recruitment solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and understand client needs.

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience in Australian based Staffing/Recruitment.
  • Knowledge of specific industries such as IT, healthcare, finance, or engineering is a plus.
  • Ability to develop and present sales proposals and presentations to C-level executives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience:

  • Business development in Staffing/Recruitment: 3 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
