REnergo Developers Private Limited is a renewable energy firm founded by experts in RE and Project Finance with leadership experience at leading private entities. The company operates across the renewable energy value chain, with expertise in solar, wind, and biomass energy and a portfolio of over 2000 MW projects. With a strong client base including Mahindra, Cairn Energy, ITC Ltd, and Orange Renewable, REnergo's current projects include around 150 MW under development and operation in India and Nepal. The company is headquartered in Delhi, India, with regional presence in Kathmandu, Nepal, and partner presence in Sri Lanka.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive - Solar EPC located in UP, Punjab and MP. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and communication. Daily tasks will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, generating leads, and effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.


The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.


Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Pitching solar EPC/rooftop/Utility solutions to prospects.
  • Explaining solar benefits (ROI, payback period, net metering, subsidy schemes, etc.)
  • Searching for Government tenders.
  • Coordination with DISCOM bodies


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred.
