Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial solar EPC market. Conduct site assessments in coordination with technical teams to evaluate feasibility. Present proposals and solar solutions, including financial and environmental benefits (ROI, payback period, net metering, etc.). Negotiate contracts and close deals. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure client expectations are met. Keep updated on solar technology, local/state/incentive programs, and industry trends. Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in solar, energy, or technical sales. Strong understanding of solar PV systems, net metering. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office. Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits. Preferred Skills: Technical background in solar PV or electrical systems is a plus. Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial solar projects. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and solar policies (MNRE, DISCOMs, state subsidies, etc.). Why Join Us?
