Job Title: Business Development Executive – Air Conditioning Industry Company: Snehavardhan Filtroxx Systems Location- Pune Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Business Development Manager / Director – Sales About Snehavardhan Filtroxx Systems Snehavardhan Filtroxx Systems is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of air filtration and air handling systems designed for the HVAC and air conditioning industry. We specialize in providing high-performance filtration products that enhance indoor air quality, improve energy efficiency, and ensure system reliability for commercial, industrial, and institutional applications. Position Overview The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth within the air conditioning and HVAC segment by identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting our range of filtration and air handling products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding and a passion for creating value-driven solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC and air conditioning market. Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC consultants, contractors, OEMs, facility managers, and end users. Promote and sell the company’s products including air filters, cleanroom filters, AHU filters, pre-filters, fine filters, HEPA filters, and related systems. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations. Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. Gather and analyze market intelligence, customer needs, and competitor activities. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events related to the HVAC industry. Provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development in the air conditioning or HVAC industry (preferred in filtration, AHUs, or related products). Strong technical understanding of air filtration systems, AHUs, and ventilation systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as per business needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience dealing with HVAC consultants, OEMs, or facility management companies. Knowledge of HVAC standards and air quality regulations. Existing network within the HVAC and building services sector. Compensation Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives.
