Role Overview: Were looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our growth team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a passion for sales, recruitment, or startups. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients who are looking for hiring solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new business opportunities with startups, tech companies, and D2C brands. Research and map potential clients through LinkedIn, email, networking, and industry events. Pitch recruitment services to HR heads, founders, or hiring managers. Set up meetings and productively follow up to convert leads into clients. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are delivered with quality and speed. Maintain CRM and documentation of all client interactions. Meet weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets. What We’re Looking For: 6 months to 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. High interest or exposure to startup ecosystems and tech/D2C businesses. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch. Good to Have: Prior internship or work experience in recruitment, SaaS, edtech, or agency sales. Understanding of hiring lifecycle or startup hiring challenges. Why Join Us?
