Role

Senior Business Development Executive

not transactional sales

  • Complex B2B selling
  • Consulting-led sales cycles
  • How to engage CXOs, founders, and decision-makers

founders, solution architects, and technical teams


Key Responsibilities🔹 Business Development & Sales
  • Identify, qualify, and engage

    enterprise, fintech, Web3, and RWA prospects

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: discovery → proposal → closure
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of

    high-intent leads

  • Conduct solution-oriented discussions with founders, CXOs, and product leaders
🔹 Client & Market Engagement
  • Understand client business models (fintech, private credit, asset tokenisation)
  • Translate client needs into

    clear problem statements

    for technical teams
  • Stay updated on

    RWA, blockchain, and Web3 market trends

  • Represent Shamla Tech in calls, demos, events, and strategic discussions
🔹 Collaboration & Strategy
  • Work closely with

    technical architects and leadership

    on proposals
  • Contribute to

    pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies

  • Help refine pitch decks, case studies, and solution narratives
What We’re Looking ForMust-Have Skills
  • 3–8 years of experience in

    B2B business development or enterprise sales

  • Experience selling

    technology / software / consulting services

  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to handle

    long-cycle, high-value deals

  • Confidence in speaking with founders, CXOs, and senior stakeholders
Nice-to-Have (Big Advantage)
  • Exposure to

    Blockchain, Web3, FinTech, or RWA

  • Experience with

    international clients

    (US, Singapore, Middle East, etc.)
  • Understanding of

    private credit, trade finance, tokenisation, or digital assets

  • Consulting or solution-selling background
