About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting our core services – PR, Digital Marketing, and Influencer Marketing. You will engage with potential clients through calls, meetings, emails, and social media outreach to drive lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients via cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to pitch our services.
• Clearly articulate the value of offerings like PR, SEO, Paid Advertising, and Influencer Marketing.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to strategize outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project progress.
• Handle B2B lead generation and follow-ups efficiently.
• Prepare proposals and compelling presentations tailored to client needs.
• Address client inquiries and offer effective solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor moves, and new business opportunities.
• Conduct research and contribute to strategic business planning.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition – preferably within the digital marketing or influencer marketing space.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and various social media platforms.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
