Business Development Executive

We are looking for a seasoned professional, with a strong Sales & Marketing background, and someone whos a self-starter with a creative bent. Following are detailed Job Description:

·        Establishing new and maintaining & strengthening existing relations with customers to manage and generate profitable business for the company.

·        On Boarding new clients.

·        Fixing appointments with new clients and conducting meetings.

·        To understand Client brief and requirements and decode it

·        Reporting to the top management and creating weekly and monthly projections and reports.

·        Must keep track of competitors marketing strategy, pricing, weaknesses etc.

·        Must have travelled extensively and must have insight about market trends & developments.

·        Maintaining good relations with the clients.

·        The candidate must have similar Industry Background and in-depth knowledge of the industry. You will be required to have the intellectual capability and knowledge to develop credible, client focused and solution-based approaches to client briefs. You will be well organised, creative, outgoing and happy to work as part of a small team and on your own. You will enjoy talking to people, and will have excellent customer service skills.

Skills & Competencies

·        Around 3 years of relevant experience across any domain.

·        Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

·        Excellent B2B marketing

·        Good understanding of target audience research

·        Good experience in Office tools for Project managing the events

·        Customer service orientation

·        Good negotiation skills
