We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Junior Operations and Sales Executive to support the operational and sales activities of our hospital. This position is ideal for fresh MBA graduates who are looking to start their career in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient hospital functions.
• Support the sales team in promoting hospital services and building client relationships.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure that operational targets are met.
• Help manage patient inquiries, appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, Client interactions, and operational data.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hospitals services and programs.
• Provide administrative support to senior management and operational teams as needed.
• Contribute to improving processes and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• MBA (Freshers welcome to apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive, positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Prior experience in operations, sales, or healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory.
