Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • USG Report Management:

    Prepare and maintain ultrasound report documentation.
  • Form F Online Data Entry:

    Accurately input and manage Form F data as required.
  • Register Maintenance:

    Keep patient registration records up-to-date and organized.
  • Daily Appointment Sheet Check:

    Review and verify daily appointment schedules for accuracy.
  • Database Management:

    Enter and maintain patient names and details in the database consistently.
  • Patient Communication:

    Handle patient calls professionally, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
