Night MOD

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Rounds:

  Conduct comprehensive rounds of all floors, including Outpatient Department (OPD) and Inpatient Department (IPD) during the night. Document and submit a detailed report to management regarding findings and observations.

• Staff Supervision:

  Oversee night shift staff, ensuring they are performing their roles effectively. Provide support and guidance as needed.

• Training:

  Facilitate training sessions for staff to ensure they are well-prepared to execute their allocated roles and responsibilities.

• Inventory Management:

  Monitor and manage general consumables inventory across various departments, ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked and available.

• Patient Assistance:

  Assist patients and their attendants with any inquiries or requests, ensuring a high standard of customer service and patient care.

• Operational Supervision:

  Supervise the operations of the night OPD, IPD, and Operating Theater (OT) in accordance with the organizations Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Liaison Activities:

  Collaborate with other managers across the organization to ensure integration of outpatient strategies and activities, aligning them with the hospital’s overall objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.

Working Conditions:
