Coordinate with clients, architects/designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Prepare, track, and manage project timelines, work schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, ensure safety standards, and assess project progress. Handle procurement of materials, verify BOQs, and manage vendor negotiations and purchase orders.
