Position: Senior Architect Experience Required: Minimum 6 years Qualification: Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Architecture (from a reputed institute preferred) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Greater Noida (Regular site visits required) Software Proficiency: AutoCAD (mandatory), additional design tools a plus Key Responsibilities Lead project lifecycle management : from concept to client coordination, approvals, and final handover. Prepare and review detailed working drawings in AutoCAD. Collaborate with consultants to maintain design integrity and project coherence. Develop and interpret MEP and structural drawings , ensuring coordination across teams and vendors. Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction quality and progress. Supervise and delegate tasks to site engineers and junior architects for timely project delivery. Ensure adherence to building codes and local bye-laws . Maintain thorough documentation for all coordination, drawings, and client communications. Skills & Requirements Proven experience in luxury residential or hospitality projects is highly desirable. Strong command over AutoCAD and technical drawing production. Excellent communication and team leadership skills . Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders : clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors. Sound understanding of MEP coordination, structural systems , and project documentation.
