Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect based in Srinagar. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion. Day-to-day tasks will include creating architectural designs, collaborating with clients and team members, ensuring project timelines are met, and integrating functional and sustainable solutions. The role involves working closely with project managers to ensure successful execution of projects that meet quality standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions
Experience in Software Development and Integration for designing and presenting architectural systems and models
Proven skills in Project Management to oversee timelines, budgets, and successful project completion
Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard tools
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Srinagar
