The studio commands its formidable presence in high scale residential & one of kind commercial projects. Founded in 2018, the studio has ballooned to a global practice of 50+ design professionals across three offices. Harkaran's expressive timeless style is visible across the realms of his built projects. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Business Development : Consistently build new business relationships. Ensure overall financial performance of the studio. Lead project negotiations, send offers, and close deals. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction. Attend client meetings, lead strategic discussions, and provide design direction. 2.Leadership : Inspire teams to deliver high-quality design solutions. Mentor and guide employees to achieve their potential. Recruit talent and cultivate a learning culture. Oversee performance reviews and monitor goal achievement. Conduct L&D workshops and promote a creative studio environment. Plan effective team allocations to avoid succession gaps. Address team concerns and support open communication. 3.Requirements : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 12+ years of experience in architecture and design, preferably in commercial and residential sectors. Proven leadership in business development and project delivery. Skilled in contract reviews, technical guidance, and financial planning. Strong ability to mentor teams and foster growth. Industry networking and relationship-building experience. Willingness to travel for client/business development meetings. Commitment to sustainability and sustainable design practices is a plus.

The studio’s expressive and enduring style is evident in all its completed projects. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect based in New Delhi. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, project management, and ensuring the successful integration of various design elements. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural concepts, collaborating with design professionals, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with construction and safety regulations. Qualifications Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design Experience in Project Management Proficiency in Software Development and Integration related to architecture projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field Professional experience in high-scale residential and commercial projects is a plus
