Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs for architectural and interior projects.
• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to translate ideas into photo-realistic imagery.
• Develop detailed 3D models, lighting setups, and material textures.
• Render visuals using V-Ray, Corona Renderer, and D5 Render.
• Manage and optimize large 3D scenes for performance and quick turnaround.
• Prepare presentation-ready visuals for client meetings and marketing purposes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and visualization techniques.

Required Skills & Software Expertise:

• 3ds Max - Strong modeling and scene management skills.
• Rendering Engines: V-Ray and Corona Renderer (Expert level).
• D5 Render - Real-time rendering & animation experience.
• Photoshop - For post-production and image enhancements.
• Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and materials.
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising visual quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in architectural visualization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renders and animations.
