Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop architectural plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
  
• Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D models, and presentations for clients.
  
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design feasibility and timely execution.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  
• Stay updated with new materials, design trends, and sustainable architecture practices.
  
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
  
• Minimum

  37 years

  of relevant experience in architecture and design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software.
  
• Strong visualization and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
