Head of Managed Services

We are looking for a senior operations leader to shape & lead this delivery engine as we scale.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex, multi-state programs that combine on-ground execution with technology, and work closely with a strong technology & leadership team. This is a critical leadership position responsible for building a scalable, enterprise-grade delivery engine at the core of company's growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Own delivery and execution of all managed services programs across regions

Build, train & strengthen multi-layer field operations including program managers, field teams, and telecalling teams

Translate program objectives into structured execution plans with clear and measurable impact metrics

Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery aligned with agreed outcomes and commitments

Establish operational discipline, productivity benchmarks, and performance governance across programs

Define clear, measurable KPIs for every role across field, telecalling, and program management teams, and drive accountability against these metrics

Create structured reports and high-level presentations for monthly and quarterly reviews with internal leadership and clients

Shape crop advisory principles to drive meaningful on-ground impact across programs

Work closely with agronomy team to develop high quality advisory content, videos, crop calendars and package of practices aligned to program objectives

Candidate Profile

812 years of experience in agri sector organisations, preferably in roles involving large-scale field operations

Proven track record managing and leading teams of 50+ resources

Prior experience in agri-input and/or FnV value chains, exposure to both is strongly preferred

Strong execution mindset with comfort in working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics

Ability to operate independently in a high-ownership environment

M.Sc agriculture or MBA in agri business management from any reputed institution
