Role & Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibilities will include generating new business leads, managing accounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients using a consultative approach.

Key Role:

The candidate will qualify leads and promote the sales and services of the company.

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Customer Acquisition To Closure.
• Lead Qualifying and Nurturing
• Set-up Appointments and Client Meetings.
• Timely Follow-ups calls to increase conversion rate.
• Manage and update sales pipeline and the CRM system with all Communications.
• Timely follow-ups on sales inquiries made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.

Qualification & Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the luxury goods industry is a plus
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
• Experience in Business and Account Management
• Ability to effectively manage and grow client accounts
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Strong negotiation skills
• MS Office experience is preferred
• Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
