Share your CV/Resume at careers@rossiajewels.com Role & Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for new business development with both new and existing customers by using a consultative approach. you will have to identify and qualify leads leading to sales opportunities, lead generation, account management, and communication with clients. The candidate will qualify leads and promote the sales and services of the company. Customer Acquisition To Closure. Lead Qualifying and Nurturing Set-up Appointments and Client Meetings. Timely Follow-ups calls to increase conversion rate. Manage and update sales pipeline and the CRM system with all Communications. Timely follow-ups on sales inquiries made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls. Qualification & Skills Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the luxury goods industry is a plus Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills Experience in Business and Account Management Share your CV/Resume at careers@rossiajewels.com Strong negotiation skills MS Office experience is preferred Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
