Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through online research, social media, business directories, and digital channels. Lead Generation & Engagement: Source, contact, and nurture both self-sourced and company-provided leads via phone, email, and online platforms. Build rapport, understand client needs, and prepare leads for conversion. Consultative Sales: Understand client requirements and recommend tailored digital marketing and web development solutions. Service Presentation: Effectively present Rise Media’s services, highlighting key benefits and unique selling points to prospective clients. Account Management: Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact through ongoing engagement. Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all business development and engagement activities in the CRM system. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical, and client servicing teams to deliver integrated solutions. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities. Client Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to improve service offerings and business development strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (preferably in digital marketing or web development). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly. Familiarity with CRM tools and the MS Office Suite. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to achieve results. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
