Job Description

As a Business Development Executive you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying, prospecting, and converting potential clients into long-term partners. You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our digital marketing services, and effectively closing deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:

1.Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media to generate a steady flow of qualified leads.

2.Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.

3.Develop tailored pitches and presentations that effectively showcase our digital marketing services and solutions to prospects.

4.Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services and address any objections or concerns raised by prospects.

5.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized interactions.

6.Understand the evolving needs of clients and provide proactive recommendations and solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

7.Lead the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

8.Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and service agreements that align with client requirements.

9.Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

10.Provide feedback and insights gathered from interactions with prospects to help refine our sales strategies and improve our service offerings.

Qualifications:

-1 to 2 years of experience required.

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and articulate complex solutions.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
