What You'll Do:

• Build and Maintain Client Relationships

• Develop long-term connections with clients by understanding their goals and delivering tailored solutions.

• Drive Sales Strategy

• Create and execute business plans to grow market presence and consistently exceed targets.

• Communicate with Impact

• Present ideas and proposals with clarity to clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

• Developer Liaison

• Represent Salemax Plus to developers and present onboarding and proposal strategies confidently (training provided).

What We’re Looking For:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields

• Experience:

  Minimum 6 months to 1 year in business development (real estate preferred)

• Skills:

• Strong market research and analysis
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Natural relationship builder
