Senior Real Estate Sales Manager

As a Senior Real Estate Manager - Sales at Salemax Plus, you will lead and manage the real estate sales team in Pune. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Salemax Plus aims to bridge the residential real estate market gap by providing superior knowledge-based services to all stakeholders. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, leading a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end sales process, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations, and collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns. Additionally, you will drive customer engagement, provide sales forecasts and reports to management, and work towards ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. You should possess strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, a deep understanding of Pune's real estate market, and proven experience in team management, sales forecasting, and revenue growth. Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools is also required.
